yay books

can i just say i love books?
here is a list of 15 randomly chosen books that are fabulous. the pink ones are my absolute faves.
~warriors (cats), all 5 series (4-6 books per series), by erin hunter

~a series of unfortunate events, all 13 books, by lemony snicket

~ the graveyard book, by neil gaiman
~the secret garden, frances hodgson burnett
~a little princess, frances hodgson burnett
~anything by judy blume (a lot of books, might want to ask parent's permission for these :I)
~stargirl, by jerry spinelli
~mockingbird, by kathryn erskine
~heidi, by johanna spyri
~are you scared yet? haunted houses (might be a bit nightmare-inducing), by robert d. san souci
~the phantom tollboth, by norton juster
~anything by roald dahl (again, a lot of books)
~the nancy drew mystery books (just look up nancy drew and take your pick, there's about 200 of them, not kidding), author given as carolyn keene but mostly by other people
~harry potter, all 7 books, by j. k. rowling
books will always be better than e-books. you can't smell a kindle, admire a virtual page on a real bookshelf, ruffle the pages on a flat screen, or have the experience of a book in your hand.
i love books.

  1. Well, you *can* smell a kindle, but there won't be that wonderful book-y scent.

    Also, people will look it you like you're wearing your underwear on your head.
